Dr John C. Macintosh
BE(Hons) PhD FIEAust RPEQ CPEng
MANAGING DIRECTOR/PRINCIPAL WATER ENGINEER
Dr. Macintosh has over 30 years professional civil engineering
experience with the last 25 years in the water engineering field.
His experience is broad and covers specialist investigation, design
and computer modelling within the hydraulic, hydrological, geotechnical and hydrogeological
fields. Ancillary areas of special interest include the practical
application of new technologies, such as remote sensing and satellite
imagery, radar for flood warning, and geographic information systems.
His work as taken him to a variety of countries in South East Asia
and the South Pacific on both aid based and commercially funded projects.
In October 1995 Dr. Macintosh established Water Solutions Pty Ltd
with the key objective of providing specialist services within the
water resources & engineering fields.

Scott W. Diggles
BE(Hons) MEngSt RPEQ MIEAust CPEng
ASSOCIATE/PRINCIPAL WATER ENGINEER
Scott Diggles is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 23 years
professional experience. His experience is broad and extends through
water engineering, environmental management, geotechnical engineering
and general civil engineering including site supervision and construction
management. Specialist skills have been acquired in the water engineering
field including investigation, design and computer modelling within
the hydraulic and hydrological fields. Combining Scott’s broad
engineering background with his recent exposure to environmental legislative
requirements, results in a combination of skills that translate to
into practical and workable solutions for a wide range of water engineering
and environmental problems across a broad spectrum of industry including
mining, infrastructure and heavy industry projects. |

Anthony G Densten BE

SENIOR WATER ENGINEER
Tony joined Water Solutions as a Civil Engineer in 2001. Tony’s technical and analytical abilities have led to his involvement in diverse and complex water engineering projects, particularly within the mining industry. His experience and capabilities cover the areas of numerical modelling, hydraulics and hydrology, data collection and analysis. Tony also has experience in tender contract preparation and administration of contracts from tender award through to practical completion.
Tony is a Committee Member of the Water Panel of Engineers Australia, Queensland Division.

Matthew G Briody BE
(Civil) BE Civil (Hons) MIEAust
SENIOR WATER ENGINEER
Matt is a Civil Engineer with 9 years experience working in the water engineering industry.
He joined Water Solutions as a Graduate Engineer in 2002, after completing his BE (Hons) at QUT. His experience in water engineering fields is wide ranging, with specialist skills in water supply, distribution and pipelines, stormwater management plans (quality & quantity) for development approvals and water management systems (particularly for mine site applications). In 2008 Matt took a year to travel and work in the U.K. where he held the position of senior water engineer on a major infrastructure project for UK Water.
Matt is a member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia and is currently working towards achieving Chartered Professional Engineer status.

James W Heaslop BE

SENIOR WATER ENGINEER
Jim undertook his university studies at the University of Queensland
where he gained his BE Engineering (Civil) (Hon) in 2004. While completing
this degree he developed a keen interest in the field of water engineering.
It was this that led him to his current employment at Water Solutions
where he has continued to pursue this interest. Since starting with
the company in 2004, he has been exposed to a range of engineering
jobs including, water management, flood investigations, water supply
design, stormwater quality and quantity control.
Jim is a member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia and is currently working towards achieving Chartered Professional Engineer status. |

Tallulah Kaegi BE(Hons) Environmental Engineering,GradIEAust
WATER ENGINEER
Tallulah initially joined Water Solutions in 2006 on a part- time basis to gain work experience in Water Solutions engineering projects.
Upon completion of her BE(Hons)in Environmental Engineering in January 2007, Tallulah joined Water Solutions as a fulltime Graduate Engineer.
During this time she has been exposed to a range of water engineering areas and gained specific experience in mine water management. |

Gavin P Rootsey BE(Hons) Civil Engineering, GradIEAust
WATER ENGINEER
Gavin joined Water Solutions as a Graduate Engineer in 2007, after completing his BE (Hons) at QUT. Over the course of his degree he developed an interest in the water engineering discipline, particularly hydrologic modelling and river engineering. Gavin is highly motivated and his enthusiasm to develop his technical knowledge and experience has led to his exposure to a wide variety of water engineering projects since joining Water Solutions.

Pavneet Sodhi BE Civil Engineering, MEng, MIEAust
WATER ENGINEER
Pavneet joined Water Solutions Pty Ltd as a Water Engineer with 5 years of industry experience gained working for medium to large global organizations. Pavneet has particular experience in undertaking stormwater drainage design for major roads projects, doing surface water assessments for various small to large mine sites. He has project experience in undertaking comprehensive risk assessments and in preparation of dam safety documents for some of Queensland's major water supply dams. |

Bevan Mo BE Civil Engineering, MIEAust
GRADUATE ENGINEER
Bevan began his working career as a Drafter in June 2004, specialising in hydraulic and civil drafting. He went on to complete a dual award of Bachelor of Technology at QUT (Civil), as well as an Advanced Diploma of Civil Engineering at Southbank Institute of Tafe. Upon completion of the dual award, he then enrolled into Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) at QUT and graduated in December 2009. Bevan joined the Water Solutions Team as a Graduate Engineer in May 2010. Since then he has been exposed to a diverse range of projects gaining experience in areas of hydrological analysis, hydraulic design and mine water management.
Bevan is currently a graduate member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia and is currently working towards full membership. |
